We have recently transferred our paper based processes to the CPOMS system. CPOMS is a cloud based software solution for monitoring Safeguarding, wellbeing and all pastoral issues. Working alongside our existing safeguarding processes, CPOMS is an intuitive system which helps us to ensure that children, young people and adults are safe and fully supported. CPOMS allows instant notifications to be sent by mail to key stakeholders and allows us to extract supportive MI when managing safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, providing a consistent and secure solution.
